The following instructions are provided as a guide. Your experience may differ slightly depending on the browser you are using.

IF YOU ARE PROMPTED TO DOWNLOAD A FILE:

When the "File Download" box appears click the "Open" button...a Certificate Information window should display

Click the "Install Certificate" button which will start the Certificate Import Wizard

Perform the following actions: click Next, Next, Finish; you should receive a box that indicates "The import was successful."

Click "OK", the "OK" again and you are done; the Entrust SSL Root certificate has been installed on your machine
